• Flizelin 5000 mm x 1600 mm.

• Foam rubber 10 x 3000 x 1000 mm, 2 sheets.

It is necessary to draw out and cut a chipboard sheet as follows: cut a partition 20 cm high and install it between the pre-assembled bed frame. To make an orthopedic base of plywood (instead of it you can take a sheet of solid birch): the lamella thickness should not exceed 20 mm, width - about 7-8 cm. All lamellae should be the same size.

The frame and the head of the bed are covered with foam rubber, then - only use the head of the bed with textile upholstery. Mark the frame of the lifting mechanism on the frame (4-6 bolts for each side). Cover the bed frame with fabric and attach the “lifts” that connect the box and the orthopedic base. Tighten the slats to the latter (this step can be done before, however, then the work on installing the gas lift will be more difficult). Connect the frame of the bed with the backrest, put sheets of plywood on the bottom (floor).

Beds with a lifting mechanism have earned a good reputation. Users note that the furniture greatly saves space and literally removes seasonal clothing and shoes, children's toys or voluminous home textiles.
