When heated, the adhesive will become soft and pliable and will not prevent the removal of the film. It is necessary to heat a small area from the edge, and then carefully remove it, then the next, and so on, until you remove the entire film.

If the glue remains on the door leaf, you will need sandpaper. This is in case you do not need to preserve the appearance of the door. If the situation is different, then you can use a mild solvent.
