But even this method requires using halves or cutting the main elements along the end of the future path. Laying ceramic tiles according to the “star” scheme will only work over a large area.. The essence of the process - six monochromatic tiles are connected by sharp corners in a certain place. Six diamonds of a different tone are placed around them along the contour, which will make it possible to select the composition as clearly as possible.

There are three main options for the use of "stars": contact in the corners, the spread across the entire finished area in a geometric order, a chaotic arrangement.

A hexagon, better known as a "cube", implies that the obtuse angles touch three stones of identical color. But this is not a "star", since there is no need for color highlighting of the contours.

3D effects. The “diamond shape” tile allows you to create hexagons of three colors that are easy to repeat many times. The composition will be much more original and interesting if the scale of the picture increases or the size of its faces changes.

According to the designers, the installation of a pair of dark tiles at the bottom is preferred, and a light one - above them.. The installation of light and darkest tiles around the perimeter with the placement of neutral blocks in the upper part allows you to create a feeling of a staircase. And if you change the color accents, change them in places, you get the effect of “volumetric harmonica.”

A tile with a diamond can have separate combinations of tones that do not allow making a three-dimensional pattern. Such variants are called “flower” and for the most part include geometric shapes. Of them create intermittent, periodically changing sequences of elements.

A chaotic sequence of details will also look relatively good.. Based on small-format recurring hexagons, it is easy to create attractive compositions for radii and concentric circles.

It doesn't matter if you want to choose floor or wall tiles with a diamond shape.The main stylistic patterns that determine the optimal type of blocks will be the same.

For a classic interior natural textures with a beige and brown color are the best choice. In the Provencal and vintage space harmoniously look airy, romantic decorative elements, above all, small format.

• with fruits;
• with vegetables.
