Features of warm floors "Heatlux"

Electrical systems for floor heating "Teplolux" from the Russian manufacturer perform the function of an additional or main source of heat. The company offers the consumer a wide choice of heaters for a floor surface with various technical characteristics. Thanks to high efficiency, reliability and safety, such warm floors have earned the trust and recognition of millions of users throughout the country and abroad.

Where to use?

The heating system "Teplolux" can be used as the main heating, where it is not possible to carry out thermal communications to the house. Also, such heaters may be used in conjunction with other types of heating. "Thermolux" is in demand:

  1. In the off season. Often, before turning on the central heating in the autumn or after turning it off in the spring, the tenants are freezing. Heated floors will help solve this problem.By installing the system, the apartment will maintain a comfortable temperature in the “transitional” period.
  2. Among the tenants of apartments on the first floors and the owners of private real estate. Often the floors in the "own" houses and apartments located below are cold. The “Thermolux” system will help to make the floors warm and comfortable for the feet. This is the best alternative to radiators and other types of heating elements.

Heating constructions can also be used in kindergartens, schools, hospitals, leisure centers, offices and other premises. Heaters are great for any decorative lining. They are designed for installation under the laminate, linoleum or tile.

A carpet or carpet can be placed over the heated floor. Due to the high fire safety risks of lining ignition excluded.

Special features

Heat-insulated floor "Heatlux" - a system consisting of cables. Depending on the variation of performance in the device, single or twin sections can be used, having different lengths, power and other technical characteristics. All types of warm floors have one complete set. In the box you will find:

  1. Heating sections.Represent pieces of cables. They are equipped with mounting rings through which power is supplied. The cable can be either single circuit or dual circuit.
  2. Tape for laying.
  3. Installation instructions.

The main element of the system is the cable. Its task is to convert electric current into heat energy. Such a transformation is carried out at the expense of shielded heating cores, protected by an insulating layer. With long-term operation, the section temperature can reach 70 ° C. The insulation shell withstands temperatures of 100 ° C, which determines the reliability and safety of the entire system.

Types and characteristics

The company "Teplolux" produces the following types of electric floor heating systems:

  • warm floor under the mats;
  • heating mats.

Underfloor heating under the carpet - a mobile heater for heating floors in an office or in a residential area. Such a system fits under the carpet. Does not require installation. It works when power is supplied from a household electrical network of 220 V. It is distinguished by its economical power consumption. Heats the floor surface to a temperature of 30 ° C.

Heating mats are systems consisting of a heating cable fixed with a polymer mesh. Operate from the mains 220 V, control of operating parameters is performed using a temperature controller. The sensor allows you to set temperature parameters, power, operating modes and heating time. Installation of heating mats produced in tile glue. They can be laid under any lining: porcelain tile, laminate, flooring board, tile.

The manufacturer produces several varieties of heating mats:

  • Mini. System equipped with a single cable and couplings. Extreme power reaches 150 W / m². The solution is suitable for additional heating of small rooms (up to 15.3 square meters).
  • ProfiMat. Strong cable system fixed on a fiberglass. Robust design, reliably protected from the effects of power loads. Designed for installation in a new floor, as well as on top of the existing repair. Suitable for all types of cladding. Cable with a thickness of 3.5 mm provides uniform heating of the surface.
  • Tropix. The most productive variation of floor heating systems. It can be used as the main heating.Suitable for use in large residential and industrial premises. The performance of a double-circuit mat is 200 W / m². Due to the high degree of protection of the system, it is allowed to use for heating rooms with high humidity: baths, saunas, swimming pools.

Such heating structures are in great demand among consumers due to simple installation, no need for calculations, intuitive settings, express heating.

To lay the system, it will be necessary to unfold the mats, and install the device using tile adhesive or screed. For each room, it is possible to select a system with an optimal mat width.

Installation

Installation rules are detailed in the instruction manual. According to statistics, malfunctions in the operation of the system often arise when the manufacturer’s recommendations are not followed in the installation of the structure with their own hands.

Before installing underfloor heating need to make preparatory work. Any selected modification of the heating system should be laid on a flat base. To level the surface, it is recommended to use self-leveling self-leveling floors.

In the course of work in the wall need to do shtroby.They are necessary for laying wires, sensors and control box. Remote thermal sensor should be connected to the thermostat. The control unit must be installed in the same room with the heating system at a distance of more than 15 cm from the floor. Connection of wires to the temperature sensor is carried out according to the wiring diagram. After completing all the connections, you need to turn on the system to ensure its functionality. Included lamp in the control panel indicates the health of the design. After checking the power must be turned off.

In order to improve the insulation should be laid insulating material. You can use foam or polystyrene foam. Do not neglect the work on the improvement of thermal insulation. Thus, it is possible to increase the efficiency of floor heating and to ensure maximum protection of the floor surface against heat losses.

The next stage is the laying of the heating structure. It should be noted that the distance between the cables should not exceed 10 cm. Installation of mats must be performed taking into account the fact that there should not be massive pieces of furniture on the structure.Warm floors are recommended to be laid at a distance of 10-15 centimeters from the wall.

The last stage is the screed. To perform it, fix the heating cable with a solution, stretching the composition along the entire length of the structure (height up to 12 mm). Fill floors with screed (layer thickness should be within 3-5 cm).

In order for the floor heating system to function without interruption for a long time, the following rules should be observed:

  • do not walk on resistive cables, so as not to compromise their integrity during installation;
  • make sure that there are no air gaps near the heating elements in order to avoid possible risks of overheating;
  • to test the wires after laying use the method of measuring the resistance;
  • It is not allowed to use the system until the screed is completely dry.

When you first start underfloor heating, it may take 48 hours to warm up the structure.

In order for the warm floors to last as long as possible, follow the manufacturer's recommendations specified in the instructions:

  1. After installing a heating system, the system cannot be started for 28 days.After this period, it is allowed to turn on the thermal regulator. When you first start the system, it is recommended to configure the maximum allowable temperature parameters. After the room warms up, you need to reduce the temperature to the optimum using programming on the remote control.
  2. It is mandatory to include a temperature sensor in the circuit. Due to forgetfulness or the desire to save the heating system may soon be out of order.
  3. Do not use cheap regulating devices from manufacturers from China. The use of “non-native” equipment often leads to malfunction of the heating system or its complete failure to function.

If any malfunctions in the work of warm floors are revealed, the heating structure should be switched off immediately. Use of faulty equipment is prohibited.

Reviews

Heat-insulated floors "Teplolux" have long ceased to be a luxury for Russian consumers. The advantages and disadvantages of heating structures have already appreciated millions. According to consumers, the system allows you to quickly warm up the floor surface. Thanks to the heating mats, a comfortable temperature is created indoors, while the air in the rooms is not too dry.

Consumers also emphasize that the system does not overload the power grid, and is also safe. Among the advantages of users of warm floors are:

  • easy installation of the structure;
  • clear programming;
  • durability of the system.

Consumers emphasize that underfloor heating "Thermolux" is a combination of high quality performance and competitive prices.

With proper installation of the heating structure, the system can last for at least 20 years. For some products, the manufacturer gives a lifetime warranty. With heating mats, warmth, comfort and convenience are now available to everyone.
