Benefits

Barlinek floorboard is a very famous and sought-after flooring thanks to the following indisputable advantages:

  • absolute ecological safety of products is achieved through the use of natural raw materials. In contrast to the laminate flooring has a warm surface and well regulates the humidity in the room;
  • high resistance to mechanical stress. The surface of the floorboards is not subject to scratches and chips, and the board itself has a strong and impact-resistant structure. The coating is repairable: if necessary, it is possible to replace individual damaged areas and restore the lacquer coating, for which the manufacturer gives a 12-year warranty;
  • A huge range of products with a large variety of colors and textures of natural wood provides ample choice of coverage for any room. A well-thought-out pricing policy and competent logistics make it possible to produce quality products at low prices, which further increases its popularity;
  • High moisture resistance and heat resistance of the board allow using it in any conditions without restrictions. Thanks to a special locking design, paving can be done independently.

Production technology

Before proceeding to the manufacture of floorboard, the material is dried in special chambers. This is done so that during operation the board does not deform and crack. Next is the sawing and degreasing of wood.After that, the blanks are primed and prepared for assembly, which is carried out on German high-tech equipment.

The floorboard is made of three layers, which are located at an angle of 90 degrees relative to each other - crosswise. The outer layer is made of selected wood, which is covered with oil or varnish on top. The two lower layers are coniferous wood sheets. This design provides increased durability and rigidity of the coating and eliminates the negative reaction of wood to excess moisture and temperature drops. Floorboards do not creak, do not crack and do not swell.

The basis of the top layer is a wooden sheet with a thickness of 3.5 mm, containing a pattern of wood fibers and the desired color. The middle layer has the largest thickness of 7 mm and is responsible for the strength and elasticity of the board. Make it from larch or pine.

The bottom layer has a stabilizing function, is made of coniferous veneer and has a thickness of 3.5 mm.

The upper protective layer is made of double acrylic coating, which is fixed with ultraviolet rays.This is followed by three layers of primer, also fixed by UV rays. Each subsequent layer is not applied until the previous one is dry. Due to this, the color of the coating becomes deep, and the protective coating is strong and durable. Such a surface is not afraid of household chemicals and excessive moisture.

In addition to varnish, in the manufacture of floorboard applied impregnation of natural oil. After oil treatment, the surface acquires a noble appearance, the wood pattern becomes deep and expressive, and the dust and dirt-repellent properties of the material increase.

Technical specifications

Barlinek floorboard can be one-, two- and three-way. Single-sided models consist of a solid canvas and are much more expensive composite. These products look very solid and presentable and resemble a massive board. The floorboard of two-and three-strip models consists of 2 or 3 narrow slats and is distinguished by a wealth of patterns and colors. Externally composite structures resemble parquet.Such models are available in a wide range of colors and a wide variety of designs.

The number of knots is a decorating element and can be large, medium and small. Brushing is also a popular type of board design and consists in creating artificial abrasions and general aging of the surface. Such models are ideal for Scandinavian, rustic and vintage styles.

The unique design of the lock allows you to quickly mount and dismantle the coating. Laying floorboard in two ways. The first - the most simple, is to assemble the cover with the help of a locking system. Each panel has a groove and a crest, thanks to which the coating is assembled as a designer. The substrate of cork mats or corrugated cardboard aligns floor defects and height differences, which allows ideally evenly lay the floorboard and as much as possible prolongs the term of its service.

The second method is more laborious and involves gluing each floorboard to the subfloor. In this case, the loudness of the coating, which occurs when floorboards resonate, significantly decreases.

A prerequisite is a completely flat floor surface, otherwise the floorboard will quickly fail and will require repair.

This is a more reliable and durable option, but it is recommended to perform it by experienced craftsmen. The floorboard has a high heat resistance, so it can be laid on the floor with any type of heating.

Materials

Barlinek coating is made from coniferous and exotic tree species. An array of acacia, badi, wenge, merbau, and a unique hoist tree is used.
