4. The minimum number of structural elements.

In this regard, several advantages appear at once:

• due to the lack of the lower guide, the need for cleaning the rail grooves is eliminated;
• no upper cross member, which significantly increases the permissible dimensions of transport;
• light repair in case of breakage.

Sliding gates are different from other types of sliding systems, primarily because they open only in one direction.This involves the allocation of large space along the fence - one and a half times more than the width of the product.

The doorway dimensions are selected individually, based on the space available in the yard and the make of the car. The design fits perfectly on the corner sections, which is not available to other sliding structures.

• piles can be put in any weather: it does not matter whether the soil is frozen or wet, they can go into any soil and settle there;
• installation of piles takes less time than creating a concrete pavement - on average, it takes less than a day to complete the installation of the gate;
• the process is less time consuming: no need to prepare the soil, knead the solution, there is no need for equipment, special tools or removal of excess soil. It is enough just to screw in the piles, even manually, and proceed to the installation of the gate.

Do not forget that due to special coatings, piles are not afraid of corrosion, which further extends their service life. Sometimes for some reason the owner decides to abandon the sliding gates or simply move them to another place.

When buying piles of many land owners, their high price scares them away, but in construction (and not only) it often happens that a high price corresponds to high quality, and with it a long service life. This is exactly the case.

In addition, the acquisition will pay off at the very initial stage, because installing a pile is very simple. If you have the appropriate skills, you can even do it yourself. Creating the perfect concrete pavement is a very expensive process.

Dear product requires a careful selection when buying. The first thing you should pay attention to is the diameter of the pile, on which the size of the gate depends. For installation of a standard retractable structure - about four meters wide and two in height - piles with a diameter of 89 millimeters are best suited.

If the owner of the site is planning a larger size, then choose a pile with a large diameter. For example, for the width of the movable part of 6 meters, the pile is already 108 mm. Installation takes place in nine short steps:

• Marking at installation sites.
• Drilling starting holes. They are excavated by a garden drill about half a meter deep, and a little less than the cross section of piles in width.
• Screwing in piles. In total, three piles are installed: two for the support and one on the opposite side under the pole on which the catchers will be mounted. This can be done manually or using special technology - this method is much faster, easier and more accurate.
• Alignment tops. All piles should be located on the same line, at the same height. It is up to you to decide on which one, the only rule is just above the ground.
• Concrete filling.

• Mortgage connection. Two piles for supports are united by one common mortgage element, more often a channel, on which roller supports and a drive will be mounted.
• Installation of roller mechanisms and automatic electric drive.
• Direct installation of the gate.

It all looks pretty simple, but in fact it is not quite so. Retractable gate is an extremely accurate technique. A small discrepancy in the height of the piles is enough so that the whole structure bends down and does not fall into the catchers or even begins to touch the ground, which will adversely affect the operation of the gate mechanism.

That is why, if the site owner does not have the proper experience and qualifications, it is better to entrust the installation of the gate to professionals.
